Collection, Logistics & Inventory Management - Nationwide battery collection and aggregation services for industrial scrap and end-of-life batteries across chemistries - Internal fleet complemented by access to larger logistics networks like Heritage Group and virtual warehouses for cost-effective, safety-compliant handling and transport - Inventory and de-installation project management services tailored for EV manufacturers and fleet operators 2. Battery Processing & Material Recovery - Primary recycling of lead-acid and lithium-ion batteries, with over 20-30 million pounds processed, extracting critical metals including lithium, cobalt, nickel, manganese, and nickel salts - Hydrometallurgical processing with >95% recovery rates of critical minerals converted into battery-grade salts and raw materials for reuse in the battery supply chain 3. Battery Feedstock to Supply Chain Integration - Closed-loop ecosystem model: collecting batteries, processing them into black mass, refining into critical mineral salts, and supplying those back to U.S. battery component manufacturers, creating a domestic critical materials supply chain 4.
