Pinnacle Agriculture Holdings LLC was created by Apollo Global Management and its affiliates to create a nationwide network of agricultural inputs retail locations. Retail services include seed, crop protection and fertilizer products. The company has acquired major agricultural distributors and has launched its own line of agricultural products under the brand Providence. The company's main acquisition vehicle is Pinnacle Operating Corporation through which Jimmy Sanders, Inc., a Mississippi-based agricultural inputs distributor, was acquired. Pinnacle Agriculture Holdings has dual headquarters in Loveland, Colorado and Memphis.
