ZUME Pizza is an automated food company which makes pizzas using robots. The company allows their customer to order pizzas online and Zume cooks them en route in a van equipped with GPS, ovens that are timed to cook before the arrival of address. Zume uses robots to cut the pizzas automatically. The company uses predictive algorithms and advance technologies to anticipate customer choices and to provide other robot-prepared meals like salads and desserts. In early January 2020, the ZUME Pizza re-branded as Zume, Inc. and closed the pizza business to focus on providing packaging and automated production and delivery systems to other food companies.
